• Lead and manage the technical teams responsible for IAM strategies and Privileged Access tools
• Evangelize IAM Strategies with Identity teams, IT Leadership, and divisional application owners
• Evolve current IAM Strategies to align with enterprise changing needs
• Lead technical projects and teams to Architect, design, develop, and implement identity management solutions using Entra ID and BeyondTrust Password Safe / Privileged Remote Access
• Consult on security policies, standards, and guidelines, working to make security requirements clear and accessible and develop reference architectures and reference implementation patterns
• Drive elimination of technical debt within the existing Identity platform as part of a continuous modernization and optimization approach
• Ensure successful transition of project deliverables to support / maintenance /operations teams

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/ Engineering or related area or the equivalent of HS Diploma plus 7+ years of total work experience in the same type of role
• Advanced degree/ relevant professional certification preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years implementing enterprise IAM solutions or related /similar environments including SailPoint IdentityIQ, BeyondTrust Password Safe / Privileged Remote Access, and Entra ID
• Minimum of 5+ years developing technical strategies, architectures, and roadmaps
